Reception/Trust Account Administration – Fixed term parental leave cover

We are looking for an administration superstar to cover parental leave for our current receptionist and trust account administrator for up to 12 months.

You will need to be efficient, able to learn new systems quickly and have exceptional attention to detail. Your previous experience will include using your great people skills either with clients, customers or other staff. A background in a law or accounting firm would be an advantage, though not essential.

We are a busy firm, servicing a large client base.  As receptionist you are the first point of contact for our clients but your role will be much more than that.  You will also be administering the trust account and client database, including reconciling, banking, processing settlements and payments and data entry.
