Dave Dennis LLB

A proprietor of Hammonds Law, Dave was born and raised in Whangarei. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Auckland University in 1981. After 4 years of family, civil and criminal law practice in central Auckland, Dave moved to Dargaville to take responsibility for the entire range of Court practice at Hammonds Law. Over time Dave has shifted his primary focus and expertise to rural and commercial work, as well as trust and other asset protection advice. Dave’s practice involves significant rural, commercial and residential conveyancing, with a strong emphasis on establishing sound business and private trust structures designed to provide clients with effective asset protection regimes.

Dave continues to engage in dispute resolution and litigation in the civil, family and employment fields, as required.
