From time to time, and whether in business or in your personal life, you may end up in a dispute with another person or business.
There are many different types of civil disputes, everything from a fencing dispute between neighbours or an argument over an unpaid account, through to a significant claim on an estate by unhappy family members or a major allegation of contractual breach between companies.
Hammonds Law has extensive experience in assisting clients through the dispute process. We have relationships with a number of Barristers, to whom we provide instructions on relatively minor District Court disputes through to significant High Court actions, and appeals to the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, where appropriate.
