The Employment Relations Act 2000 governs the relationship between the Employer and Employee.  Both must be aware of all statutory obligations.

We also have experience in dealing with the consequence of a total breakdown of the employment relationship, through the mediation process to a full investigation hearing of the Employment Relations Authority.
